By booking a session with Infantacy Studio or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm booking.
- Remaining 50% must be paid on the shoot day.
- All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellation one day prior: No extra charge (advance non-refundable).
- Same-day cancellation: ₹1000 penalty.
- Rescheduling allowed with 24-hour notice, subject to availability.
- Same-day rescheduling is chargeable.
- Session Rules Personal photography or videography is not allowed.
- One setup and one dress per session.
- Additional setups, props, or edits will be charged.
- Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may incur overtime charges.
Deliverables
- Edited images delivered in JPEG format.
- Delivery timeline: 15–20 days after photo selection.
- No raw video footage will be provided.
- Clients must download and back up all delivered data.
- Copyright Infantacy Studio retains full copyright of all images.
- Clients receive personal usage rights only.
- Commercial use requires written consent.
- Conduct Infantacy Studio reserves the right to terminate a session in case of inappropriate or unsafe behavior without refund.
